Fixed asset management is a very important task for every enterprise or institution. Good asset management can accurately reflect the business results and performance of the enterprise, providing a basis for evaluating the work of cadres during their tenure. Conversely, poor management can lead to low utilization of production materials and even asset loss.

However, traditional manual paper management has inaccurate asset depreciation data, which increases product costs; Inaccurate book value statistics have reduced the strength of enterprises; The heavy inventory work is time-consuming and labor-intensive, affecting the operational efficiency of the enterprise.

The Biao Ling Asset Intelligent Management System adopts IoT intelligent perception technology and uses asset tags (RFID, one-dimensional barcode, two-dimensional barcode) to identify assets, achieving full physical tracking and visual management of assets. This includes the addition, transfer, allocation, inventory, borrowing, return, and requisition of asset information, as well as the maintenance, testing, and repair of equipment, enabling enterprises to break away from the disorderly state of previous asset management and easily achieve a good management effect of matching fixed asset accounts and materials.

Main functions of the system:

1. Asset management: Asset management is divided into three parts: fixed asset management, low value durable goods management, and low value consumables management. Fixed asset management and low value durable goods management include asset addition, label printing, asset requisition, asset inventory, asset return, asset scrapping, asset cleaning, asset transfer, and asset maintenance functions; Low value consumables management package includes asset addition, label printing, and asset requisition functions.

2. Asset positioning tracking: Bind active asset tags with assets, install RFID active card readers in supervised rooms to monitor and manage asset access, and display the corresponding location of assets on the software interface. When assets illegally leave the room, reach restricted areas, or dismantle asset tags, the system will automatically issue an alarm.

3. Asset query management: can query the status of assets.

4. Statistical report: It can provide detailed statistics on current inventory, asset details, and asset status, and query asset information according to multiple criteria to meet the needs of users during use

6. Asset inventory: Using handheld terminals equipped with management software and RFID automatic recognition technology, check fixed assets one by one and monitor their actual condition.
