High-frequency RFID Prelam Inlay Production Process

PVC Punching > Ultrasonic Winding > Green Adhesive on PVC Board > Chip Patching > Bumper Soldering > PVC Sheet Testing > Synthesis > Appearance Inspection > Cutting > PVC Sheet Testing > Packing and Labeling

Below is a detailed explanation of each step:

    1. PVC Punching: Perform punching operation on PVC material for subsequent processes.

    2. Ultrasonic Winding: Use ultrasonic equipment to wind copper wires in specific positions on PVC to ensure that the HF PVC Inlay is wound tightly and accurately.

    3. Green tape on PVC board: Paste a green tape on the empty PVC board, usually used for insulation or marking.

    4. Patch: Paste the chip on the green tape position with holes.

    5. Soldering: Use professional soldering equipment to solder the chip and copper wires to ensure that they are firmly connected.

    6. PVC Sheet Test: the already welded preliminary test, check the chip and copper wire connection and function is normal.

    7. Synthesis: In the synthesis workshop, the PVC Inlay is hot-pressed into a whole at the top and bottom to form a complete high-frequency PVC inlay.

    8. Appearance Inspection: Appearance inspection of the synthesized products to ensure that there are no obvious defects or damage.

    9. Cutting: Cut the large plate into the required size and shape.

    10. PVC Sheet Test: test the cut large-plate again to ensure that its appearance and function meet the requirements.

    11. Boxing and labeling: Box the qualified HF core material and label it with relevant information, such as product model and batch.
