Cold chain warehousing and logistics management

1、 Application background

The food cold chain management system can be divided into storage temperature management system, storage item information management system (formerly known as inventory management system), refrigerated truck temperature management system, and global positioning system (GPS). The whole food cold chain management system platform is based on the Internet, GIS (geographic information system), database and wireless communication technology, with the Internet, mobile short messages and wireless transmission as the main access modes, to provide an integrated solution for the automatic temperature measurement of the storage and logistics cold chain. This system provides services such as cold chain temperature monitoring, data collection, data monitoring, and data analysis, achieving full process monitoring of warehouse and logistics cold chain temperature, item in and out management, and distribution management.

Food Cold Chain Management System

The workflow of the food cold chain management system:

1. Warehouse management: Raw materials are organized and warehouse space is arranged. When entering the warehouse, the item information (name, weight, purchase date, warehouse space number) is bound to the RFID temperature tag ID number, and the RFID temperature tag is activated. Install a fixed label collector in the warehouse, collect the temperature information of the labels through the collector, and upload it to the cloud monitoring platform through GPRS/broadband. At this time, the temperature, item information, quantity, weight, and purchase date in the warehouse can be queried on the platform. When there is an abnormal situation with the item, notify the management personnel through SMS to handle it in a timely manner.

2. Picking and Assembly: After placing an order, search for the location of the items according to the order, pick and assemble them. Each order is bound with an RFID temperature tag, which is pre cooled before being opened and placed in the packaging. The number of items in the warehouse is correspondingly reduced, achieving real-time inventory.

3. Trunk transportation: A car mounted label collector is installed in the cab of the refrigerated truck, which collects the temperature information of the labels inside the collection box and sends temperature and location information to the cloud monitoring platform at regular intervals to timely understand the location of the goods, ensuring that the goods are in transit. Notify drivers of abnormal situations through SMS alerts to handle them in a timely manner, ensuring the safety of items and reducing losses.. In areas where there is no base station signal, data should be cached first. Once the signal returns to normal, data should be immediately sent to the cloud platform to ensure continuous data transmission.

4. Target customer 1: To be the first target customer, print temperature data on the mobile app, confirm and sign by the customer, open the box and inspect the goods, and close the corresponding RFID temperature tag for this order. The driver recycles the label and continues to transport it to the next station. The cloud platform records the arrival time of the first stop.

5. Regional transportation: The waybill continues to be tracked, temperature data and location information are uploaded on a regular basis, and inventory is conducted in a timely manner to ensure that the goods are not lost.

6. Target customer 2: Arrive at the last customer, print temperature data on the mobile app, confirm and sign by the customer, open the box and inspect the goods, and close the corresponding RFID temperature tag for this order. Driver recycling labels. The cloud platform records the arrival time of each order.

Characteristics of Food Cold Chain Management System:

1. The diversity of data transmission: The cold chain integrated system integrates RFID wireless radio frequency automatic identification technology, GPRS communication technology, broadband technology, WIFI technology, and GPS positioning technology.

2. Independently developed high-density anti-collision technology: solves the communication interference and collision problems of high-density installed wireless temperature tags.

4. Real time inventory of items, anti loss, anti chain, and anti omission: regularly provide feedback on item status, temperature, transportation trajectory, and order completion status.

5. Full process monitoring of items: The items are tracked and monitored from the warehouse to the terminal, continuously linked to ensure the safety of the items.

6. Abnormal situation alarm: data exceeding limit, external power outage, equipment failure, low battery level, communication failure, etc. The alarm adopts advanced unified gateway alarm function, and as long as the recipient's mobile phone is unobstructed, they can receive alarm messages. The system can set multiple alarm message recipients and multi-level alarm modes to increase the possibility of successful alarm reception and record alarm history.

7. Supervision anytime, anywhere: Cloud servers are based on B/S architecture, and can be accessed from anywhere with internet access to view the temperature and historical records of cold chain devices.

8. Automatic upgrade program: requires the client program to be able to automatically download and install the latest update patches.

9. Automatic backup function: Supports automatic data backup function in the background.

10. Can interface with customers' original inventory software and warehouse management software.
